Support Portal
The best way to get in touch with our support team is by emailing us to log a support ticket, or submit a ticket directly via the University Support Portal.
Bespoke Consultation
If you have specific requirements you wish to discuss, including for example:
- A new room needing to be podcast-equipped
- Help arranging recording of an upcoming (non-lecture) event
- Guidance on using any aspect of the service
