The Recording Preferences page shows which units are scheduled in the timetable for your staff ID – so you are able to see which of your units will be recorded by the podcasting system.
On this page you can set recording preferences for upcoming events, or manage previously published events by recalling them for editing, or removing them if necessary.

Note – the easiest way to remove a podcast from view is to select the ‘remove video’ option from the options button under the podcast in the Video Portal. Complete the form to have the video removed automatically.
