https://www.mypodcasts.manchester.ac.uk/staff-faqs/lecture-recordings/remove-podcast/There are two ways in which you can cancel a recording which was manually booked using the Podcast Schedule tool, details are shown below. Please note you cannot use this page to remove published videos – this can be achieved by following the instructions on this help page.
Via the My Videos page
Visit the My Videos page and switch to the Manage tab.
Find the booked event in the list there and press delete next to it.
Via the Podcast Schedule tool
Visit the Podcast Schedule tool and click on the My Recordings tab near the top of the page.
Press the Cancel button next to the scheduled event in order to remove the booking – the event will then appear crossed out to show it is no longer scheduled to record.
